How do I cancel an order?

You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after you have placed it, by reaching out via email. Please contact us Monday through Saturday from 8am-5pm EST, if you have further questions. Please note, we are not able to cancel orders once they are processed.

When should I expect a response to my email or question?

Please allow 24-48 hrs to receive a response.

All products are shipped via USPS. Once your item leaves the shipping facility, delivery is in the hands of USPS. Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact the USPS customer service line: 1 (800) 275-8777

When will my order go out ? When will I receive my order?

Please note, when your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Click 'Track My Order’ from the shipping email confirmation to view the progress of your shipment(s).

•Our processing time is 48-72 hours, or longer on holidays and peak periods. Shipping time is determined after an order has been processed & based on area of geographic. Our goal is to process all orders within 2-3 days. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or US holidays.

•Due to increased order volume and the impact of COVID-19, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience. Most Standard delivery orders arrive within 7-10 business days for in-stock items. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

How should I know what size to choose?

*Please be advised, our regular sizes fit small-large. If you would like that oversized and plush feeling, we recommend an X-large*
